For the architecture and interior design of Rosemont, Jesse Ant Architects drew inspiration from the future residents’ lifestyles and the beauty of Steele Creek. This vision resulted in a range of adaptable floorplans, including second living spaces that can easily transform into studies or home offices; designed to evolve with life’s ever-changing nature.
Taking advantage of the undulating topography, each home is thoughtfully positioned to frame scenic views, maximise natural light, and open onto private courtyards. The design emphasizes creating a seamless connection with nature, and fostering a deep connection with the outdoors.
